Satellite 2024

At the Taiwan Space Pavilion, Rapidtek Technologies Inc. showcased its CubeSat achievements and satellite communication payloads developed under the guidance of Taiwan Space Agency (TASA). Beyond this, Rapidtek’s own booth highlighted four key innovations: active phased array antennas, a user terminal, satellite communication payloads, and CubeSat assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) services.

In partnership with ITRI, Rapidtek demonstrated a complete dynamic LEO satellite communication system. Its proprietary tracking technology improves the reception angle range for ground terminals, enabling applications such as connected vehicles and mobile communications. The active phased array antenna offers high sensitivity and stability for both LEO and GEO satellites. Meanwhile, the new tactical backpack terminal supports both mobile and static satellite communication, ideal for emergency response. Through these innovations, Rapidtek aims to seize a share of the multi-billion dollar space communications market.
