Rapidtek Technologies Inc. recently launched an automated robotic arm calibration system designed to quickly calibrate antenna gain and phase, as well as conduct antenna measurements. This innovative system, powered by the company’s proprietary advanced robotic arm algorithms, significantly reduces production testing time and enhances units per hour (UPH), boosting overall production efficiency and lowering setup costs.
The new algorithm marks a breakthrough in automation technology, enabling precise control and efficient computation to shorten test cycle times and improve line efficiency.
