Responsibilities
（1） Establish and periodically review the policies, systems, standards, and structures for the performance goals and compensation of the Company’s directors, supervisors, and managerial officers, both annually and in the long term.
（2） Regularly evaluate the achievement of performance goals by directors, supervisors, and managerial officers, and determine their individual compensation packages and amounts accordingly.
